Lorie Kram, Founder
Lorie Kram is an educator, consultant, and founder of BLUBERYL™, a strengths-based productivity coaching company. Combining her personal and professional experience with independent schools, expertise in child development, and 17 years of private legal practice, Lorie created the comprehensive BLUBERYL system.
Using developmentally appropriate learning tools, the goal of BLUBERYL’s proprietary process is personal productivity mastery. With a multi-disciplinary approach grounded in best practices, ongoing neuroscience developments, and executive functioning research, Lorie and her team teach organization, workflow, and project management skills for lifelong academic and professional success. The BLUBERYL clientele includes executives and entrepreneurs, students from competitive K-12 programs, highly selective colleges, and graduate schools.
Drawing upon her multifaceted background, Lorie collaborates closely with educators, clinicians, and other professionals to continuously refine the BLUBERYL system to address the needs of students and adults in today’s fast paced, technology-driven world.
Lorie is a graduate of John Burroughs. She holds a B.A. and an M.A. from Tufts University Department of Child Study and a J.D. with post-graduate work in mediation and collaborative law.
Lorie is the proud mother of two young adult sons.
