BLUBERYL SERVICES – WORKING TOGETHER

 

What we provide:
We look forward to providing you with highly customized, personalized services. Because of this, we do not double book and the time we reserve for you is just for you! For that reason, we work hard to provide clear policies about how best to work with us. Please let us know if you have any questions — we’re happy to answer them!

 

On time and ready to go:
We do our best to be punctual for client sessions and we ask our clients for the same. When a session has to begin late because a client isn’t ready, we reserve the right to charge for the full session.

 

To get the most out of our work together, please have your calendar, supplies, and necessary work/project at the ready in advance of your session.

 

Sessions are 45 minutes in duration and begin on the hour unless otherwise arranged.

 

Online or by phone:
We expect our online clients to have reliable internet and/or phone service so that our work sessions can proceed uninterrupted by technical difficulties.

 

In person:
We ask our clients not to attend an in-person appointment or workshop if:

 

  • They have experienced vomiting or a fever over 100°F in the prior 24 hours
  • They (or someone in their house) are likely sick with a contagious illness—including a bad cold

 

When feasible, we will work with the client online in lieu of the in-person session. If this is not possible, the missed appointment is subject to our Cancellation Policy.

 

Results:
We are proud of the services we provide our clients and we strive for the best outcomes. However, BLUBERYL results cannot be guaranteed.

BLUBERYL REFER-A-FRIEND PROGRAM

 

We appreciate and welcome working with friends and family members of current BLUBERYL clients. When newly referred individuals purchase our services or products, we issue one complimentary BLUBERYL Online Scribe Service session to the referral source.

CONFIDENTIALITY

 

Privacy is of utmost concern to us at BLUBERYL, and we are committed to client confidentiality.

BLUBERYL PRODUCTS

 

We enjoy working with carefully selected manufacturers to bring our clients high quality products. Please note that we cannot guarantee that our products are latex-free. Let us know if your family or school community is affected by a latex allergy so that we can discuss alternative solutions.

 

For our student clients:
Our proprietary products were developed after working extensively with our clients. We are open to discussing a student’s preference for using other items, but, for clients who work with us one-on-one, we strongly advise combining BLUBERYL products and services for the most successful outcome.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Because your coaching session is personally reserved for you or your child, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

 

Any cancellations made with less than 4 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the session fee. (Exceptions made at BLUBERYL’s discretion for sudden illness and emergency situations.)

 

No-shows are charged the full price of the session.

 

Where a session must be canceled because of technical or other problems on the client’s end, clients will be charged 50% of a session fee for the first instance. Subsequent occurrences will result in a charge for a full session.

REFUNDS

 

Services:
Though we require payment for services up front, the most important thing to us is that our clients feel invested in our shared work and confident in their relationship with BLUBERYL. Consequently, should you decide after your first session that BLUBERYL services are not right for you or your student, you will only be charged for the first session and the balance will be refunded.

 

Products:
All BLUBERYL products are covered by a limited 21-day warranty. Product refunds may be issued within the first 21 days of purchase if the product is unused, in its original packaging and returned to BLUBERYL. Please note that you will be responsible for the return of the package to BLUBERYL through FedEx or UPS at your expense.

Payment schedule:
Payment for service packages are due according to the terms below.

 

BLUBERYL 101™ Package
Full or partial payment due before the first session. Option of paying in two installments is offered—payments must be received before the start of the 1st and 4th sessions.

 

BLUBERYL 101™ Web Course
Full or partial payment due before the first session. Option of paying in two installments is offered—payments must be received before the start of the 1st and 4th sessions.

 

BLUBERYL Moving Forward™ Package
Payment in full due before the first session.

Payment methods:
BLUBERYL accepts payment by credit card online or by check.

 

BLUBERYL College Springboard™ Package
Full or partial payment due before the first session. Option of paying in two installments is offered—payments must be received before the start of the 1st and 6th sessions.

 

BLUBERYL Summer Six™ Package
Payment in full due before the first session.

 

BLUBERYL Productivity+™ Package
Payment in full due before the first session.
